About Us

Hi, we are Simon and Emily! We moved onto the family farm in 2010, with the aim of setting up a holiday let business in this beautiful location. It is lovely to live in the house that Simon grew up in and the farm his family has farmed for four generations, since 1916.  We live in what was the farmhouse with our three children & our very friendly labradors Nessa & Inca 🐕

🏠  We started our holiday cottages to provide quality accommodation for families and couples alike, providing a home from home for our guests.  To create the holiday cottages, one of the farm's old barns has been converted into two houses and the back wing of our old farmhouse has been renovated. As the cottages have a part to play in the farm's history, it's lovely for us to be able to add another chapter.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 The Scottish Borders is our home, with its stunning landscape, community and great location we want you to discover this gem of a place, where Scotlands begins. We both enjoy walking along the Berwickshire coastline and Simon has recently ventured onto the sea via a paddleboard! I am a keen artist and have also enjoyed upcycling furniture, and some of my pieces can be found in the holiday cottages.
